When will you ship my items?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. However 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.
When will I receive my items?
Handmade items and t-shirts should arrive within 1-2 weeks of your order date.
Products featured in our Global Shipping Program may take up to 4 or more weeks for delivery as they are shipping from other countries.
Where is my order shipping from?
Most of our products ship from North America, some of them ship from overseas. In order to get the best prices possible we often go directly to the manufacture. Which means shipping times can take a little longer, but by cutting out the middleman, you get the best deal possible.
Where do your products come from?
Our products are sourced from small mom & pop businesses around the world. We partner up with great innovators and luthiers and feature their products in our store. We then cut out the big-box-retailer "middle man" and our suppliers ship directly to you.
Where is my order?
If you didn't receive a tracking number, send us a support ticket at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happy to help you hunt down your order. Please wait the full delivery window before contacting support... and check your mailbox! It may be there right now.
Will my items be sent in 1 package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
What is your return policy?
Most items have a 45 day refund policy. We realize it takes some time to get your items and you want to test them out first. If you need help contact via email or give us a call. Our #1 goal is keeping our customers happy!
